Hard Reset

  • Turn off your Asus Mobile.
  • Hold down the Volume Down + Power Button [Volume Up + Power Button].
  • Release all buttons when you see Logo appears on your screen.
  • Afterward, You will see Android exclamation mark appears.
  • While holding down the Power button press and release the Volume Up Button.
  • Navigate with volume Buttons to select wipe data/factory reset option and Press the power Button.

Hard Reset - Wipe data/factory Reset option

  • Now select option YES, Using Volume Buttons and confirm with Power button.

Hard Reset - Wipe all user data - Confirm Yes

  • Finally Select reboot system now option.

Hard Reset - Reboot system now option

Factory Reset

  • Power on your Asus, by holding the power button.
  • Go to the settings menu.
  • Next, Find and Select Backup and Reset option.

  • Then Select Factory data reset option.

  • Now Select option Reset device or Reset Phone.

  • Finally, Choose to option Erase everything or Delete all.
